Not sure! My weight was all over the place in the last 3 years.
I gained a lot of fat AFTER having baby. From not sleeping, bad diet, no exercise. (I did weightlifting 5 times a week until the day I went into labor)
Lost quite a bit of weight when breastfeeding - took a few months. Didn't exercise yet. Diet a bit better but not great. Still not sleeping 😂
I'm guessing at 18months I started exercising a bit more. Mostly just 3 times a week jogging. Sometimes home bodyweight workouts if I'm not too tired.
I got to my pre pregnancy weight around the 1 year mark, but I lost ALL my muscle and fitness. So much higher fat percentage and no muscle.
I'm now at just over 3 years and I'm lower weight than my pre pregnancy weight. (less muscle) Been counting calories & weightlifting at home for 18 weeks now and have a good amount of muscle tone now but nowhere near as before because of limited equipment.

It's a very long and slow journey ... I didn't even have that much to lose to begin with. I was "only" 3kg away from pre pregnancy weight after delivery. But building up fitness and strength takes FOREVER. And losing body fat percentage also takes a while.
