Have not been dieting or working out. Trying to lose this fall/football sunday weight. Need to get back in order and save my cheat meals instead of cheating every single day. The gym used to consume my lift. 90-120 min a day everyday. Need and will get back there starting today.

goal of the week- 3lbs which should be very easy for me. Overall goal 139.3 down to 133 :)
63.1 kg 지금까지 감소한: 10.8 kg.    남은양: 0.5 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 잘 따르지 않음.

You don't need for the gym to consume your life. It should enhance your life (by making you strong and healthy). You can do shorter, harder (more intense) workouts and burn the same calories you would with longer workouts. Adding intervals on treadmill, upping the resistance on eliptical, etc. Try cross training and trying new classes. So many out there. Find something that is fun and you enjoy. It makes exercise sustainable.
