loosing baby weight is hard. On my own journey to loose by just eating healthy. now on my 4th week of recovery so I'm going to start with just walking exercises . till I'm cleared by the doctor on week 6!! still need to loose over 12kg.

That returning to self is such a wonderful feeling. Go easy on yourself, though - you’ve just produced an entire human, so you’re already a super being - and enjoy the process.
