I visited in-laws yesterday and we ate McDonalds. I ordered the caesar salad (without any dressing) with grilled chicken. Even so, when I got home, and looked up the nutritional value, it was not all that good. I need to find healthier choices when eating out. High energy level and great outlook on life.
