So today was an off day and I tried to counteract it. I took a nap and dreamed of cinnamon chex, woke up and had a bowl of it and honey-nut cheerios. Went to the gym to deflect the damage and then went to Taco Bell for a crunchwrap supreme. I had such a bad craving for fast-food. I have not indulged in awhile. On the positive note, I did not eat all of the white tortilla...just a litte. But I did go over my calorie allotment for the 2nd day in a row. I WILL do better tomorrow! No more dreaming of Cinnamon chex! (I think it was brought on by the Cinnamon toast crunch commercial I saw earlier today)!
