haven't weighed myself in 3 weeks. not planning to for a while. second day of eating healthy and in my deficit. im really struggling to get in the habit of exercising again

Small steps - one at a time. You're eating healthy and in a deficit - that's a win! Stick with it and once you're ready, slowly add in some exercise. We often make too many lifestyle changes in one go, which is difficult and then we end up burning ourselves out.
