@Richard Steenkamp, I also have to agree the dish is fabulous minus the pasta carbs. I wish she used brown pasta instead of the processed white pasta. Carbs and alcohol stall your weight loss

Looks delicious! Calorie counting is the best! Can eat anything and still lose weight as long as you're in a deficit.
