argh! noooo!
so back at 60 again...

I am not getting over stressed about this but just fairly annoyed. I think the scale is trying to annoy me. or at least my body is.

I wasn't overly surprised because I've had a bit of a tummy issue again. normally when I get any tummy upset my weight tends to spike.


my eating has been fine and consistent so will just see what tomorrow brings.
