Hey, Guys.
I had a decent week, but a terrible weekend. Oh well, that's behind me. Far too much sodium this weekend.
I'm taking Thursday and Friday off and we driving down to Washington D.C. to visit the fun half of the in-laws. My BIL and his girlfriend live there and 2 SIL are flying in from the Midwest. I'm really looking forward to it, but I need to focus on work, diet, and exercise today through Wednesday.
If I work out today through Wednesday, that will make six days in a row. I'm gonna try and do it anyway. The Nationals are home next weekend vs. the Brewers but I don't think we are going. I don't mind as much because we went to a game last year (really nice park) and the Orioles are in Cleveland, so there goes that idea. Plus, We'll be walking all over D.C. because one of my SIL's has never been there. It will be nice to not huff and puff carrying 60 extra pounds on my frame.
Okay. I gotta go. I have to fit 5 days of work into 3...well now it's 2 1/2...Be good, All!!!
