That's alot of miles Matt, keep on crushing it💥. 

So many coconuts tells me someone is baking:- 'sweet bread' (actually not bread but a baked dessert), or cassava pone, or sugar cake, or cookies, all local desserts. So in short when I see those coconuts I think oh no I need to grater coconuts to help make desserts....run🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️. Wishing you a blessed week Matt🙏🏽💓🙏🏽. 

King’s Daughter~ I didn’t buy ‘em unfortunately 😅took that shot at the grocery store.  

The insides I would grate it and cook it separate the oil to use for cooking but the cooked grated coconut would be delicious toppings for cassava cake, sweet potato pie, or just eat it after cooling.
