I've been eating the same meals for the last 4 months. Have them saved😂. But yea, it's time for a change.

I log as I prepare my food I try and check calories and macrons then take a picture everyday as record then eat

my meals change some as to what I have available

I also keep a list at hand what I can and what I can't. I have a green list high calorie density food fats and proteins and try.. to keep to it. last night was my two weekly off night and had a wrap pizza which chuck me out of ketoses😏so today is all about getting back in

I eat then log..but when see calories are close then log before I eat😆

I log then eat. I prefer seeing the calorie total before stuffing my face. haha

I see we like to log them eat!
In the morning I think what I want to eat then log it, and see how many extra calories I have to play around with/ add in some extras here and there.

I log my meals in the morning. it helps to keep tabs on the food I ingest and its easier to substitute when you already k ow what you were going to have anyway.

I eat the same meals for one week, so will log the meals once on a Monday, then weigh each day to make sure they match up to what I entered
