After weeks of struggle my weight has started dropping again. I upped my calories to 1550 max with a min of 1400 calories and started focussing on adding some lighter strength training to my cardio. I am also trying very hard to be better with my water intake and started using Manna Health blood sugar regulater suppliment (that really helps with my energy levels) For all the ladies here over 45 : Check out Phala B Fitness on You Tube. Hormone changes do change allot in our bodies but there are ways around it and she explains it really well + gived sollutions ..for free.
