Not in a journal processing mood today.Just feeling indifferent today.And,as a recovering alcoholic I know indifference can lead to complacency and that may lead to relapse.Same can be said for my weight loss program.So,like the faithful alcoholic who picks up the phone or attends a meeting-I gotta journal entry and communicate with my fellow FS'ers. My clothes are getting looser every day.In fact sometimes I think the clothes tell better than a scale can how I'm doing.Yesterday,I got a coat in the mail which was a 1x.It was too wide.I ended up going to the dept.store and buying a size large coat!!(Of course its a liberal fit)But I'm still beaming from that :D Bad weather last nite and expected today,so not sure if I'll get my walk in.I did lift my 3yr.old son up like a barbell a few times tho.LOL-seriously.Good for the abs.and the kid thinks its hilarious. I also,got the atkins book on ebook.So,I've been reading that and catching onto things that I was doing and shouldn't have been.Number one culprit but by no means a shock-lay off the caffine(my diet soda)-as it can slow down the weightloss process.OK OK!!!I get it I get it-drink that tea!!!! :P LOL-I hope everyone else is fairing well.Peace my friends.
