Has anyone dealt with inflammation with drinking beer??? I was a casual drinker that lead to a daily drink of beer every night but now that I’m ready to get healthy I have maybe one if that a day but I’ve noticed my belly still has inflammation does anyone know how long it takes for that to go away? I’ve noticed it a bit but still am ready for it to go. With my new diet I’m eating way better exercising 4/5 days out of the week

I’ve never dealt with that but way to go with your exercise and diet!

I stopped drinking beer 11 months ago and feel amazing. It really helped eliminate inflammation and bloating and my waist is smaller.
