How annoying!

This morning the scale was tipping between 59.9 and 59.8 - a pretty much meaningless difference but I was hoping I'd stay flat rather than face that evil red arrow. lol.

I'm also thinking of the timing of my weigh ins. on week days it's normally at 6.15 just before I shower but on weekends it's normally around 11. This means that since I am later into my fast it must be giving me the "better" numbers.

ok putting everything in perspective we are just talking grams here so it not massive but still I find it interesting.

since weight is only where you are at that particular moment so many factors come into play.

so for now I'm just glad to still be in the 59 zone... even if only just :-)
