Did my first little gym session since starting my journey AGAIN last week.... it was a 20 minute beginner workout so easing into it. What matters is that I got up and moved. In the past I put so much pressure on myself to workout 5 days a week and I dreaded it. This time I have decided I will take it slow aim to workout at least 3 times a week even if it's only 20 minutes at a time
