Another nice weight loss day. Kept the calories below 1300, a little weak this morn for the walk, but not too bad. Have bigger breakfast this morn with more carbs, lots of yard work to do today.. Hope back stays well, if so, back to the gym on Monday .. Over 2 hours walking yesterday. Was nice and foggy and cool for this morn's walk and we followed a new route through the corn fields..
