*deep sigh*
and here I am back at 60.4

one week in the 59 zone and I'm up back here again. I am not sure what to think. last night I had a very salt heavy dinner and drank not nearly enough water in general yesterday so this could be retention, but it could also be a gain.

One kilo down to go right back up within a week. I won't lie, this is quite disheartening to see but I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that there are some other factors at play which caused this jump.

Most women's weight go down after tom! lol.
It really is a bit sad since I thought I was going to go downwards now. my eating has been fairly consistent so I find it hard to believe it's a sudden gain.

I guess as with most things only time will tell.
