I haven't weighed this little in 15 years!! And yet I feel larger than ever because of my emotional turmoil. Instead of focusing on this victory and loving the journey, I feel run down and washed out. It's actually so funny how this would normally drive me back to food, but because I now look at the root causes of my problems instead of throwing myself at the fridge my weight slowly goes down. Every day is a new day, every day is a new beginning to love myself and tackle the world. Just reminding myself that life happens but I need focus on how I react and how I'm going to solve the problem. Focus on putting my needs first.....you can't pour from an empty cup right! Taking one emotional moment at a time and working through it. I will win this battle and ultimately this war. As Dory says......just keep swimming.
