Weigh in this morning was really strange - the scale was having a bit of a schizo moment. I got on a couple of times and it just kept jumping between numbers - this seemed to be the most realistic (and optimistic). It kinda jumped up to the 60's as well. So I've decided to just ignore it :)

My "in week" weigh in's are always a bit more negative anyway.

I did have a bit of a binge night last night - I got lost in the LC candied nuts I made. Oh well. I've had a pretty intense last couple of days mentally which has totally drained me of energy - so I ate a bit last night.

I'll just have to be a bit more in control the next couple of days.
I also have really sore legs... not sure why, but they are hurting like no ones business! Trying to switch gears while driving is agony. My legs feel like giant rocks to lift at the moment so there is another thing that might impact weight.

Overall, my body "Feels" good - so no need to over stress about the scale.
