Hey! Does anyone else struggle with over eating / being hungry all the time on your off days? I am a chef and I pack lunch in to work . I don't feel tempted at work to snack . Should I meal prep for my off days or have a planned menu ready?

Yes! I have to have my meals planned out for the whole of next day. Otherwise I'm hungry all the time and end up eating too much and too little protein!

Hey Mel. So I am also trying to figure it out. If you want to share your journal you must go to Settings and then community and then set it as public. When I want to ask someone something like I just did then you go to your profile or main dashboard and click on the little pen writing. You basically write in your journal but everyone can see and comment then. I hope this helps! Not even sure if I am doing it right 🤣🤣🤣
