Boom lost 80lbs as of today and its my January 15th Goal set last August for myself to hit 200 by today so I am only 9 lbs off, I will take that. 10 more pounds and I have earned the right to say (Once again) "I weight under 200 lbs" Can you believe down from 326 Thats just insane. when I get to 163 I will have lost half of me. I have learned to eat right the weight list is gone for good #KetoLifestyle
