Hit My goal!! Now to try on 168 lbs. I have a feeling 165 is going to be the sweet spot, but I'm going to make sure and not get too small :)

Whooot whoot! congrats on hitting your goal! but REALLY? 165 thats so small well I guess it depends on how tall you are, and how cut ;)

5"9', pretty large frame though. According to my BMI i'm still overweight lol, that crap is ridiculous. But, I think 165 will be right around 6-7% body fat for me. Appreciate the compliment btw :)

ummm that BMI has go to be messed up!!! Glad your reaching your personal goals though its nice to see people actually making it :)

BMI's are such crap, they really don't know anything at all. Try Googling a bunch of results (especially men v. women calculators) and plugging your numbers into there. I can't imagine why your BMI is still overweight!!
