770 est cal big brunch. 1.5 cups of coffee w/premier protein, three scrambled eggs, four maple sausage links, green peppers, onions and a hash brown patty. Mmmm!! Still a bit clogged, & light headed w/light exertion.

My favorite kind of breakfast, minus protein powder. And Doctor says no sausage or other processed meats. But scrambled eggs are good and I sometimes buy the hash brown patties. Yum

Fritzy... The big breakfasts have been out of our norm for a while now. Had two in a row this week under the "it's gotta go" excuse... 😂🤣
