Thank you all for such wonderful support.

I went on a 1 hour long walk today without it hurting my ankle. I had been putting off the walking since I sprained it a couple of weeks ago and I have only short walks to the shop and back with some discomfort (due to the improper shoes I was wearing). I ended up using my nurse shoes to do my walk today and all I got were sore feet and a sunburn.

Right now I'm trying to get into back into drinking water again as I fell off that bandwagon. I had it down pat to 3 bottles of 750ml water which equals 2.25L of water a day.

I'm taking it one step at a time =)
