I was actually half expecting to see the number go up this morning because I'm suffering massive stomach cramps at the moment. Not sure what its been caused by but its agony.
I barely made it to 1000 Calories yesterday which I know is really on the low side - I forced myself to eat some full fat yogurt to at least hit the 1000.
So normally when I have any kind of stomach issue then I see my numbers go up - but today not. But that might be the fact that I ate so little yesterday (even though it felt like I ate alot...)
Today woke up at 5.20am, still with a bit of a stomach ache but generally just not feeling very well.
One thing is for sure I'm not overly excited to put any more food in my stomach.
