Damn, allowed myself to get angry over something silly and then hurt my back doing an exercise. All exercise is off the table for awhile, back brace is on when not in bed. Dumb.. Not willing to let this derail all that has been accomplished to this point, so, seems like a good day for a fluids only fast ..
