You are probably doing nothing wrong! Bodies do that once in a while. If you've been losing for a while, this might be a plateau. Have you been this weight before and possibly for quite a while? That's called a set point. Bodies like to settle in at the set point. Call your body's bluff and keep on your plan. Consider adding exercise to your current routine and shake you body up.
