Sigh.

Gained.

Shouldn't surprise anyone, seeing as I've polished off THREE half-gallon tubs of ice cream in the past 2 weeks. Two of them in a week.

It's just awful.

I have to gain control back. Starting today. I called my trainer...idk when we'll meet next, but either way I'm going to the gym this afternoon.

:( you can get back into it. and you will probably feel better when you do. Don't get discouraged... sometimes you have to start and stop and fail several times until you just do it and get it right. Just keep jumping back on and start over. As many times as you have to! I used to quit smoking so often and relapse so often that it was a joke... but I kept trying and then oneday it worked- cold turkey- and now it has been 10 months!!!!! and then I gained a bit of weight that I had worked so hard to lose... and after trying and failing so many times with my weight issues I am still not 100% but I keep trying and I am so determined to do it that I know I will.... perhaps not as quickly as I would have liked but baby steps. It does get easier... good habits take a while to kick in. I think I have gained and lost the same 15 pounds so many times now that it is ridiculous. hopefully for the last time now... I like the way my body and mind feels when I take care of it... I know you can do this!!!!! WE can do this =)
