Shouldn't surprise anyone, seeing as I've polished off THREE half-gallon tubs of ice cream in the past 2 weeks. Two of them in a week.
It's just awful.
I have to gain control back. Starting today. I called my trainer...idk when we'll meet next, but either way I'm going to the gym this afternoon.
