Today I'm back on the "straight and narrow". I've eaten up all the leftovers of roasts and puddings. So now back to eating stuff that is easier to capture and track my calorie intake. I've only missed a few days' walks, due to weather. I'm not doing an official weigh in today, but unofficially I'm only 400g up (yesterday) so I'm holding thumbs that tomorrow's weigh in isn't too disappointing
