I hate how my weight flucuates sometimes.
I don't let it get me down or anything because I know it is going to flucuate and am ready for it, but I float up and down 4 lbs at a time sometimes.
It just gets aggravating when every lb I lose is a personal goal achieved, yet I am never sure if the loss is going to stick or if it is just a fluke on the scale for that particular day.

Do you weigh yourself at the same time? Before eating anything in the morning? What you could do to see the consistency of your fluctuation is to weigh yourself every day and write down the number. If you do that you can as well calculate the median of the numbers and make that one as your weight of the week. Then you can see if you are gaining weight or not. :)

Thanks for the comment. I may give the median weight a try. I weigh in the morning before bfast everyday. Hoping to be less than 214 in the morning. Wish me luck!
