Tiny little bump downwards, but every tiny bump downwards is welcome :)

Still suffering from stomach issues since my carb night on Saturday - my stomach just feels very unsettled and bloated. Not a good feeling at all. I'm sure it will pass in a few days but right now its fairly annoying. I get these massive cramps all of a sudden out of no where.

I know I went on the high carb side but I didn't anticipate quite a reaction. This has been the worst post-carb reaction so far. Most of the time its followed by feeling a bit hungover and just a bit of discomfort but now its been nearly a week.

I'm actually considering cutting back pretty much everything for now and just eating hte most basic of foods like boiled eggs and meat - so no nuts, yogurt, etc etc - basically anything more challenging to digest. but lets see.

I have not felt the normal symptoms of going back into ketosis - so wondering if I'm stalling myself with the yogurt I've been eating.

Luckily thats empty now and will just keep away for the next week or so - I've had so much lately anyway that I'm about done with yogurt.

At the rate I'm going though I'll never get to my weight goal! The upside is that I'm not entirely unhappy at my weight - a bit smaller I'd prefer but at this weight I"m at my "OK" body.

But of course I strive for "Excellent" lol.
