The weight seems to be melting off this week. Another great weight loss day. Good exercise and managed to add the 60 pushups in for the hulkup challenge. Expecting to hit a plateau soon, but enjoying the losing while it happens.. Will keep trying to increase exercise and get proper nutrition.. Broke back into the 180's!
