So it took my from 27 September til 4th December to lose 4.9kg... And then in 14 days of a holiday I picked it all back up and a lil bit more. Scary. I am 3.05kg away from being back there and will post my weigh ins again once the weight tango has settled back down again

The holidays can feel a bit up and down, but often when we over indulge especially on carbs and sugars A LOT of water weight comes with it... I also find my cycle makes a huge difference
