I'm certainly chuffed today. I had a doctor's appointment and was running late, so I forgot to take my blood pressure meds. Still had a reading of 120/72. And, even better, when they weighed me I came up 3.4 lbs lighter on their scale than on mine. The icing on the cake is that normally, I weigh myself at home in just a pair of shorts. No shirt, socks, etc. At the doc's I had on jeans and a polo and still came in lighter. Feeling pretty positive now.
