I haven’t posted in a bit and I’m here to check in. I’m in the midst of a medical situation that isn’t fun, but hopefully doesn’t get too serious either, Kidney Stones! 😜
Stones are pretty prevalent in my family and I’ve heard lots of horror stories. My aunt is currently in the middle of one. My current status is in wait (taking medication, sitting/laying around). Weight wise, I have “water” build up from the medication. It also causes gas build up which isn’t fun.
The good news is that I’m not interested in eating much for food. My calorie deficits are rocking! The retention is keeping my weight high, but the wait will be worth the whoosh, right?
