Have you ever had a day where you didn't eat "well" early on and just said screw it and continued the pattern? Well that was me yesterday. I haven't been recording my meals either as I should, but I am going to start now. Who starts recording meals in the middle of the week IN the middle of the month? ME, that's who :-)

I do it too. It's a real problem for me. One cheat and I say F the day. BAD! So here is a little mental comparison I like to stop me after that first cheat - I think, hmm... If I dropped my iPhone and the screen cracked, would I pick it up and thrill that it still works, or would I smash the crap out of it until it's no longer recognizable?

Lol! That's good advise Abdicant! And don't worry LHill, as long as you get back on trck, it doen't matter that you fell off the wagon for a day. We ALL go through it!
