I'm trying to mix it up with different activities as my body seems to be used to the current level of exercise. I have switched to the Arc trainer instead of the elliptical at the gym. I also started doing my kids Wii game - Just Dance 2 --which really is a great alternative workout! I do this in the morning or on days I dont feel motivated to go the the gym. Its so much fun!
