Well, I hit my March 31, 2022 goal this morning, so I changed my FS weight goal to my June 30, 2022 goal of 250. I set myself a goal of 25lb per 3 months. Anything more than that is just a bonus. Its been really important to get ahead of the curve though, because from January through April, I work at my desk 10-12 hours a day Mon thru Sat and 6 hours on Sundays. There won't be any time during daylight for 2 - 3 hour hikes. My lifestyle by necessity is much more sedentary during those months.

I totally get what you’re talking about! I do taxes for a living — tax season is rough and shorter daylight hours make it harder. Taking ten minutes to walk around the block is a great way to clear your head and get some steps in! Best of luck to you on your journey! 💪🏻
