today has been wonky. I consumed almost 200 calories more than my 1400 calorie limit... my goal is to reach 150 lbs. which seems so far away at the moment. I argued with myself all day about what I was eating, but I still haven't eaten any bread, pasta, or potatoes.... so, I hope I didn't do any damage today. my metabolism is so slow. my biggest carb consumption is my creamer for my coffee.... I have been mixing sugar free and regular to reduce the amount of sugar, etc. intake... but, looking at my reports, that is my biggest downfall... so, I am trying this Atkins coffee drink that is only 170 calories with nine carbs... hopefully I like it tomorrow. ;)
