Another gain! This week is going to destroy to my weight loss program. I don't eat that much but I guess it is just the wrong things. I know there is sugar in there. But I have avoided most of the things that I would usually eat at the fair. I have to not expect too much and hope that I'm able to bounce back quickly. Clogged back up. Swollen from walking.

Went to the fair again today. Spent the afternoon and evening. It rained so couldn't walk around as much. Was very slow because I was with mom. I ate corn on the cob, 1/2 corndog with ketchup, 1/4 wet burrito without the wrap, 1 Lerches donut, and 1/4 cup chocolate ice cream. You wouldn't think that would cause too much damage but it probably will.

I just can't expect too much this week. Going backwards very quickly!

Hummingbird. Activity=3:56=:01 Vigorous 3:55 Moderate. 7139 Steps. -1242 Calorie Deficit. 2173 Calorie Burn. New goal is October 2, 2015. 1.7 lbs. per week loss. :(

OhioGirl, I'd like to offer a little unsolicited advice that may help you out. This is what I would do if I was trying to lose weight with an RDI of 1,000. Unless I was already between 10 and 15% body fat, I would lay off the whey protein drink, and eat something more substantial that is going to stay with you all day, and curb the cravings. Concentrate on protein and complex carbs, and cut back on the sugars. With the amount of exercising you are doing, I think you would see a lot more dramatic weight loss. IMHO.
