Ok, I know I weighed-in yesterday, but any time the scale shows a loss, I'm taking it ! LOL. It always happens sudden-like. Weight loss is weird.
I'm going grocery shopping ! So exciting. It's the only justified shopping I allow myself and it's been 3 weeks, so I am really looking forward to checking out the new grocery store and getting some fresh vegetables. Hopefully, the knee won't hurt too much on the bike, it's healing, but it takes time to grow back skin on a 2" x 2" area. I wish it would hurry up though, because I just got back in the pool after their one week annual maintenance shutdown and then this happened. I like swimming in the summer, but last fall and winter I slacked off and I don't want that to happen this year. It's essential to my physical and mental well-being.

Thanks C67241 and snezica...I owe a lot of my success to FS and the support I've found on here. When my resolve is weakening and I'm feeling the urge to eat junk food, I come on here and I am always inspired to keep going!

These things happen. Good stuff sometimes takes a bit to show (just like the weekend splurge takes a couple of days to show up). My legs sees often come in leaps. Remember this next time you're stressing over no change :)

Good for you! Big drop! I'll take any loss, any time. If I have been extra careful with my food intake or had extra exercise, can't wait to step on the scales. Don't want to get on them when I slack.
