Ok hold up I was just told by a dietitian that I should eat 2350 calories a day and that I have been starving myself for 18 months 😱

Our of interest did she measure your body composition or just go on your mass and height? I have always been curious about calorie goals and how much they are affected by muscle mass. My husband weighs 2kg less than me but eats double every day because he is so muscular and muscle needs more calories that fat 😜

Apparently body builders are considered obese because there bmi is crazy high, ive seen so many nutritionists I’m befoggeled, they weigh, measure, do blood tests, I’m thinking maybe I’m going to be chubby till I die :(
