Who knows!
Well, on my lunchtime walk (its about a 3 mile loop) I somehow decided to try a little jogging. Its been some years, and my cardio aint what it used to be, but it felt kinda, ummmm, good. I think if I wasnt in my civilian / work clothes I would have run more than I did, but I had to come back and finish the work day. So now my crazy, adictive head is telling me its time to get some better shoes and bring in the gear to run a little...AFTER work! Its feeling good to do my little bit of push ups and crunches and walking..now maynbe its time to mix it up even more. I am just trying to take it slow and keep it real, as Ia tend to way overdo things sometimes (my wife would be saying: '"ya think!?!?) so we will see what tomorrow brings!

Oh yeah...I wasnt all "jiggly" running around this time! Well...maybe a little!!!

I totally understand what you are talking about-I have that same personality-a little over the top most of the time. I have been walking (super fast) for an hour on my lunch breaks and for another hour 3 evenings a week. I attempted running during my walk last week-which is something I haven't done since well the 90's! OMG-but since that first day I ran for only like 5 min I have been able to increase to 15 min which is a HUGE DEAL TO ME! and I bought some ankle weights to give me more bang for the buck on my walks! Started my strength/weight training last week as well and try to do a min of 30 min to an hour 3 days a week-don't want to kill myself.

Nice Mike, Glad to hear it. By the way I was looking for a dinner tonight. I think I'll give your mushroom and black bean casserole a try. I was gonna have salmon, but this fiberous dish should keep me on track on track...Have a great weekend.
