I cannot believe how well I am doing so far! I was diagnosed with bi-polar depression several years ago... I have learned this is why I give up on things when they get hard... my brain randomly does not produce serotonin, the happy chemical produced in your brain, so I experience depression/lows out of nowhere... this is when I get unmotivated and give up... the past two days I have been experiencing real lows, but this time, I stayed on track. here's to building on that! ;)
