I was thinking fat loss as well. For maybe 6 weeks. Just to have more of a run way on my next mass gaining phase. And to reset my insulin sensitivity. But with that being said... I've lost like 7 lbs this week and another 1.2lbs today that I haven't logged yet 😂 so I'm almost at the goal now that I was planning to set
