a pretty happy little dip again today :) not too shabby!

if it keeps trending like this for the next few days i will be a very happy chappy ;)

i've been keeping strict track of my food/calories and net carbs. no nuts and limiting my cheese intake as well. gone back to my "basics" which is higher in protein and a bit careful on the fats.

i genuniely belive that since i am closer to my weight goal (and also very close to what should be my "idel" weight at 57 though my goal is 55) it means that even in ketosis my focus should be low carb medium fats. too high in the fats and i get the feeling my body is not being as efficient with my body fat as the fuel source and relys too much on using the eaten fats.

so i've gone back to the basics and eating plenty of eggs, tuna, meats, lower carb veggies.

my calories at the moment that I track are around 1000-1200, so I factor in that i'm making some mistakes somewhere in my logging or inaccurate data. This should keep me below the "suggested" 1400. My net carbs again are lower than what they should be but I'm still factoring mistaken labels since i don't trust them. So keeping my NC's between 14-20 (this means a good 10 nc buffer to stay below 25-30).

weekends tend to be when i get a bit naughty - which is why the last weeks i've seen my weight peak on monday. so this weekend my goal is to just to stay not naughty. a little bit more relaxed but not as much as the weeks past.
