Ive been is a really steep deficit the past two days. an unhealthy deficit. probably boarder line muscle loss deficit (probably beyond that line if I continue like this) roughly -2000 in food and not counting the hours of cardio. almost 7lbs in two days definitely isn't a good thing. I gotta get back on track. being home this past week has really thrown me off my routine.
