The last few weeks have been pretty crazy with sickness and going out of town, the gym has been on the back burner. My eating habits have been very bad also not eating right along with fast foods. All of this has not been good for my healthy lifestyle Im losing weight but I think it muscle from not going to the gym. All that said tonight in the gym I felt like the old me so hopefully things are back on track. I will start charting all that I eat and keep track of it. I really enjoy keeping track it helps me to see what I put in my body and keeps me thinking about eating good food not jsut what is fast. I ready to hit it hard again. GO HEAVY OR GO HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
