Hi guys, I have decided to take a week break from my training, have been feeling a dip, hit a plateau. in order for me to push through I need to revitalize my energy, mind and body, healthy eating, helps but its that time of the year again body is tired and I need some rest, hope you guys are feeling refreshed

it's a feeling I think a lot of us are going through. good that you're listening to your body and taking the rest you need. we too often mistake rest breaks for "falling off wagons" when in fact. arrest period is so critical to achieving the goals we have. take care of you
